OUR DESIGN EXPERTISE

Our design expertise covers the entire range of a tissue folding steps to the design of a complete folding machine for special needs. The range of materials includes tissue, towel, non woven, gauze, film, wipers, etc.
  • Longitudinal Folding: Plows designed for C, V, J, W, Z folds: in line, or with a directional turn included.
  • Cross Folding: Vacuum Cylinders, or Mechanical Tuckers.
  • Box Folding: Folding stretch film around cartons, or bundles of rolled or stacked product..
  • Slitting: Shear, or Crush, in MD and CD.
  • Cross Cutting: Shear, or Crush.
  • Cross Perforation: Shear, or Crush.
  • Turning Bars: With angular adjustment.
  • Stacking: Napkin or Facial.
FOLDING MACHINERY DEVELOPMENT

Our machinery development experience includes prototype development followed by engineering and design (CAD) of the entire line, and commercialization support.

In addition to building the machines according to the patents below, our designs include a fully automated hanky pack line complete with primary (single pack) and secondary (bundling) packaging, and developing concept drawings of a fully automatic facial machine.
