| THE FOUNDERBalbir Singh, Ph.D., P.E., has over 30 years of experience in the manufacture and conversion of tissue paper, non-wovens, gauze and film. He has developed a number of proprietary machines and upgrades, and has worked on several automation projects. He is a holder of a number of U.S. and foreign patents.
